Start by covering your table with a pretty table cloth. Then at each seat have a precooked cupcake. Then have two bowls at each seat. Have one filled with icing and another filled with candy sprinkles. Make sure and have some food coloring. Sit each child at a chair at the table and have them pick a color of food coloring and add a drop or two of food coloring and mix it with the icing (white icing will work the best). Then after each child has picked their color of icing have them start by decorating their cup cake. The kids will love designing their own cupcakes. For party favors get some bakers hats and fill with candy and tie with a colorful ribbon. Decoration ideas: purchase cake print plates, cups, and get a coordinating color streamer and balloons.  For an extra special gift for your little baker you might try a baking kit designed for children.
