Christmas Party Ideas

Still haven’t decided what you are going to do for entertainment at your Christmas Party this year?  Tired of the same old gift exchanges and dirty Santa, well try some new activities this holiday season.

   1.  Have a Craft Party.  Have your guest help make crafts and award a prize for the top two or three.  Some easy craft ideas would be greeting cards, body scrub, candles, soap, or scrapbooks.

   2.  Have a cookie baking party.  Have everyone bring a batch of their favorite cookies and ask them to make them small in size.  Then set up your table with gift bags so that everyone can take some cookies home with them.  A great idea is to make a personalized gift for each guest.  One easy gift you can do is to ask each guest to send you their cookie recipe in advance.  Then you can place each recipe on either a piece of paper or a index card, have it laminated and whole punched in the top left hand corner, secure it with a ribbon or metal ring, and give to each of your guest as a personal cookie cook book.

   3.  Have a karaoke caroling party.  For some help with the music list you might try.

Winter Wonderland / Elvis Presley, Happy Holiday/ Bing Crosby, Let it Snow!  Let It Snow! Let It Snow / Kenny G, Jingle Bells / Frank Sinatra, Baby, Its Cold Outside / Barry Manilow, Peace / Norah Jones, Blue Christmas/ Elvis Presley, Feliz Navidad / Jose Feliciano, Little Drummer Boy / Bing Crosby & David Bowie, Santa Claus Is Coming to Town / Bruce Springsteen, Santa Baby / Eartha Kitt, All I want for Christmas Is You / Mariah Carey
