80s Prom Theme Party

I was in the doctors office reading the People magazine from October 22, 2007 and saw that Ashlee Simpson had an 80s Prom Night Theme Birthday Party.  …I thought, “What a great party planning idea!” 

Of course, being the party for Ashlee Simpson, Jessica Simpson was there with the big hair and 1980s prom dress.  The pictures were cute. 

This would be a great party idea for a sweet sixteen party, a 21st birthday party, or really any party!  Party decorations and party supplies are easy.  Decorate the room with streamers and a disco ball, get an couple of 80’s premixed cds and you are ready.  …You can find some great 80s prom dresses in thrift stores for cheap.
