In a large punch bowl, combine sugar, lemon juice, white wine, champagne, soda, and liqueur. Mix together well. Put in a punch bowl on ice and garnish with pineapple and other fresh fruits such as strawberries or cherries.

Put frozen juices in a medium-size punch bowl or large pitcher. Stir in water. Add tequila, ginger ale, and if desired, about 1/4 cup grenadine. Add ice; stir again. Garnish with lime slices. Makes 12 cups.

In saucepan bring water, sugar, spices and salt to boil. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes; strain-out and discard spices; cool. Combine with wine, cranberry juice cocktail and cider. Pour into punch bowl, add ice and lemon slices.

Mix all ingredients together. Makes 30-40 servings.

6 ounces Frozen lemonade concentrate
6 ounces Frozen oj concentrate
6 cups Water
1/2 cup Grenadine syrup
1 quart Ginger ale
Directions: Combine first four ingredients in a punch bowl. Just before serving, add ice cubes and gently stir in ginger ale. Garnish with lemon slices and a cherries and serve.

You will want to start by chilling all ingredents then combine kahlua with undiluted apple juice concentrate and lemon juice. Pour over the ice in punch bowl. Add apple juice, soda and champagne; stir gently. Garnish with orange slices.
